Account, billing, and support

My Account holds your personal profile and workspace preferences. Family-wide setup and billing options are available from the same account menu.

   Update your profile

   Change your name, display name, photo, or identifying color from My Account.

   Choose a workspace theme

   Select the book-cloth theme you prefer. Theme changes affect your own view of the workspace.

   Change your password

   Open the password section and follow the prompts. Use Forgot password from the sign-in page if you cannot access the account.

   Review the subscription

   Open the subscription or billing area from the account menu to see the current plan and available changes.

   Ask for help

   Use the Support link inside Commonplace or email help@mycommonplace.io. Include the page you were using and what you expected to happen, but never send your password.
